Withdrawals in Kenya fail for name mismatches more than anything else
Most Kenyan operators pay to M-PESA within 24 hours; anything longer is worth querying. The most common cause of a failed payout is not the operator stalling, it is a name mismatch between the gambling account and the payment account.

What actually blocks a payout
- Verification not completed. Do it before you win, not after.
- Name mismatch between the account and the payment method.
- An active bonus with an unmet wagering requirement locking the balance.
- Withdrawing to a method you did not deposit from, which most operators refuse.
Tax
Withholding tax on winnings is deducted by the operator before payout. Check the current rate with KRA rather than an affiliate site.
If an operator will not pay
Complain to the operator in writing first and keep the record. If that fails, the regulator is GRA, and a licensed operator has to answer to them. This is the practical reason the licence matters more than the welcome offer.
