When you open an operator through a marked link and later deposit, we may receive a commission. That is the entire business model. It costs you nothing and it changes nothing about what the operator offers you.
How to tell
Commercial links pass through /go/ and carry rel="sponsored". Anything else is an ordinary link. Where we review an operator we have no agreement with, the page says so and carries no outbound link.
What commission does not buy
- A better score. The six criteria are fixed and published.
- Placement. Ordering is by score within a market, not by rate.
- Removal of a criticism. Operators cannot review copy before publication.
- Inclusion. We review unlicensed operators critically and link to none of them.
Markets where we do not link at all
India and Bangladesh have criminalised real-money online gaming. We publish informational and protective content for both and carry no operator links into either. This is enforced in the site code rather than by editorial memory, so a link cannot be added to those markets by accident.
