The distinctions that matter
- In Kenya a standalone Aviator app is not licensed, whatever its download page says. It has to sit inside a sportsbook.
- In South Africa Aviator is a bookmaker product rather than a casino one, which is why online casino remains unlicensed nationally while Aviator is not.
- In Nigeria there is no national answer any more, and every site citing the 2005 federal Act as settled is out of date.
- In Lesotho legal is not the same as protected. There is no regulator to complain to.
- In Brazil the .bet.br domain is the whole check, and it is the fastest one anywhere.
