Real-money online gaming is banned in India, and playing carries legal risk
The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025 bans real-money online gaming nationally, with rules in force from 1 May 2026. Penalties reach one crore and three years imprisonment. This site carries no operator links into India and will not.

What it means in practice
- The ban is national rather than state by state, which is a change from the previous position.
- Sites still promoting operators into India are working from a pre-2025 understanding, or ignoring it.
- Predictor apps add a second exposure: they are fraud, and they are also evidence.

What legality does not change
A licence gives you a regulator to complain to and audited game fairness. It does not change the maths. Aviator returns 97% at a licensed operator and 97% at an unlicensed one, so licensing protects you from being cheated beyond the published edge, not from the edge itself.
