Online gambling is criminalised in Bangladesh, and wallets can be confiscated
The Gambling Prevention Act 2026, in force from 1 July 2026, criminalises online gambling and gives authorities power to confiscate bKash and Nagad wallets used for it. That last part is the exposure most players do not know about.

What legality does not change
A licence gives you a regulator to complain to and audited game fairness. It does not change the maths. Aviator returns 97% at a licensed operator and 97% at an unlicensed one, so licensing protects you from being cheated beyond the published edge, not from the edge itself.
